FROMM. - Product Development

Design and production management for FROMM., between Milan and Doha.

Responsible for the development of the Shurouq and Ottoman collections, overseeing the process from concept to production, including prototyping, engineering, supplier coordination and manufacturing.

Worked within FROMM. LAB across design education and product development, mentoring designers and supporting projects from concept to production.

Managing collaborations across Qatar and Italy, working closely with designers, artisans and industrial partners to bring the collections into production.

Project developed during Matteo’s years as co-founder of Studio Ellaquadro.
